Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FramePulse website, web application, and FramePulse AI Studio (collectively, the "Service") operated by EditLane Media OU ("FramePulse", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, accessing the studio, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

FramePulse provides browser-based access to AI-assisted creative production tools, including image, video, audio, and related content generation workflows powered by our software and third-party AI providers.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Features, models, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

The Service is provided on a remote-access basis. Credits are consumed when generations complete successfully according to the pricing published on the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

We may refuse registration, limit access, or close accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Paid access is provided through prepaid credits or packages shown on framepulse.ru. Prices, credit amounts, and generation costs are displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Credits are generally non-transferable and have no cash value except as expressly stated by us in writing.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account. If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of paid credits or causes an erroneous charge, contact us at support@editlane.net.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or payment processing fees associated with your purchase, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and the policies of third-party AI providers integrated into the platform.

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, references, outputs, and how you publish or distribute generated content.

You may not attempt to bypass credit limits, security controls, moderation systems, rate limits, or access restrictions. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

You may not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, store, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.

Sexual content restrictions. You may not use the Service to generate, attempt to generate, or facilitate sexually explicit content, pornography, erotic material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual imagery, or any content that sexualizes real or fictional individuals in a prohibited manner.

Absolute prohibition on child sexual content. You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute any content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or appears to involve minors or persons who may reasonably be perceived as minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of children, or content that attempts to evade moderation by describing minors as "young-looking", "barely legal", or similar terms. We have zero tolerance for such content.

You may not use the Service to generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, impersonate real people without consent, harass individuals, commit fraud, or interfere with elections or civic processes.

You may not use the Service to generate content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, illegal weapons, illegal drugs, self-harm instructions, or other serious criminal activity.

We may use automated and manual review, provider safety filters, logging, and abuse detection to enforce these rules. Attempts to circumvent safety systems are themselves a violation of these Terms.

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or appropriate.

If we believe you have violated these Terms, especially the prohibitions in Section 6, we may take immediate action without prior notice, including warning you, restricting features, suspending generation access, freezing or revoking credits, terminating your account, blocking IP addresses or devices, and permanently banning you from the Service.

In cases involving suspected child sexual exploitation material or other severe unlawful conduct, we may terminate access immediately, preserve relevant records, and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits unless required by applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

FramePulse and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated through your account for personal or commercial purposes, but you acknowledge that third-party model providers, copyright law, trademark law, and publicity rights may limit how certain outputs may be used.

You retain rights in prompts and materials you lawfully upload, and you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that material solely to operate and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs may unintentionally resemble third-party works or real individuals.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. We do not guarantee that any generation will succeed, meet your creative expectations, or pass third-party moderation.

The Service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

The Service relies on third-party AI, payment, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Your use may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, content rejections, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy practices made available on framepulse.ru. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process account, billing, usage, and safety-related data as needed to provide and secure the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDITLANE MEDIA OU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EditLane Media OU and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
