User Agreement

FramePulse provides remote browser-based access to AI-assisted creative tools for generating and editing images, video, audio, and related materials (“Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Detailed commercial and liability terms are also set out in the Terms and Conditions available at /terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register and use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Access to paid features is provided through prepaid credits or packages shown on the website. Credits are spent when generations complete successfully according to the published pricing.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for security reasons, unpaid balances, or violations of this Agreement or the Terms.

You may use the Service for lawful personal or commercial creative work, subject to this Agreement, the Terms, applicable law, and third-party model policies.

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, references, outputs, and any further publication or distribution of generated content.

You must not share, sell, or transfer your account; create multiple accounts to bypass limits; reverse engineer the Service; or interfere with its security or availability.

You must promptly notify us at support@editlane.net if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content.

Sexual content involving minors, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, and attempts to evade safety systems are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reports to authorities.

You may not generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, impersonate people without consent, commit fraud, or interfere with elections or civic processes.

We may use automated and manual review, provider safety filters, and abuse detection to enforce these rules.

FramePulse and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and underlying technology. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use outputs generated through your account, but you remain responsible for clearing rights before commercial use.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose.

We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Contact: support@editlane.net.
