Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EditLane Media OU (“FramePulse”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use FramePulse AI Studio and related services. Last updated: June 22, 2026.

1. Who we are

The data controller for the English-language version of the Service is EditLane Media OU (registry code 14412889), Kuremarja tee 8-1, Pärnamäe küla, 74040 Viimsi vald, Estonia.

Questions about this Policy may be sent to support@editlane.net.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, login credentials, language preference, and account status.

Billing and usage data: purchases, credit balance, generation history, payment status, and related technical logs needed to operate billing and abuse prevention.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, and security logs.

Content you submit: prompts, uploads, references, project metadata, and outputs processed to provide the Service. You should not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and lawful.

3. Why we process data

To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide access to FramePulse AI Studio.

To process payments, allocate credits, prevent fraud, and keep billing records.

To operate AI generation workflows, including transmission of prompts and media to third-party model providers needed to deliver the requested output.

To secure the Service, investigate abuse, enforce Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

To send service notices (for example, security alerts, payment confirmations, or material policy updates). Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests (service security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent where required, and legal obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics/security tooling, and AI model providers used for generation.

These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to perform their services. We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Billing and security records may be kept longer where required.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise rights, contact support@editlane.net. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. International transfers

Because the Service uses cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers, data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
